Unstable internet, goes in and out for the signal. Called support and they couldn't explain why my internet completely went down for 3 hours and I work virtually so I couldn't get on to do my work or clock out. Worst service and app. AVOID!

The worst app ever, months of getting and error every time I try using it. And then I still get emails stating how easy it is to use it, yeah, maybe if it worked it would be easy.
