This is the worst app I've ever experienced. It will play for a few minutes, then spontaneously/abruptly close - over & over again. When you go back into the app, it automatically defaults to Spectrum news, so you need to scroll again to find the show that you were watching. Spectrum, no matter how many times you send me to your news station, I won't be watching it. It was bad enough when you programmed your cable converter boxes to default to Spectrum news upon reboot, but this takes the cake!

I am consistently blocked from watching any sort of streaming on-demand programs. DDP-1010 error pops up. DDP-1010 = "Program is expired/removed." If I turn wifi off and use mobile data, that same on-demand program works excellent. Spectrum is not my cell phone provider, but if they were, I would suspect they'd have a lot to gain from this error code.

Pitiful, built by high schoolers. The functionality of the ap is absolutely bad. Good luck trying to watch two or 3 football bowl games in a row because The "are you still watching? yes or no" is driving me crazy. If you don't stop every thing your doing and grab the remote to hit yes, it will return you to main menu. Then you got to go find it again. The second i can tell spectrum and this ap goodbye, I'm gone.

My review is for the Spectrum app on our roku device. It is absolutely terrible. I don't know if it is associated with a recent update, but for approx 3 months now, it disconnects from the wifi approx 4 times an hour. It worked wonderful until 3 months ago. We have already troubleshooted the router/modem, the extender, etc. It only happens on the Spectrum app. All our other apps and devices work fine with no problems and never any interruptions. The roku never loses excellent wifi connection.

This app used to work fine, but recently whenever I try to watch Live TV using the app, my device crashes and I have to delete the app entirely to get the device to work properly again. We've had this happen multiple times on three different devices. I don't have a box so this basically means I have no access to Live TV. Very disappointing.

Have not been working properly without wifi connection. Have been getting message "check your connection, service is temporarily out of connection. It never used to do this. But the last couple of updates that have been done on the app makes it not work outside of the home. It will only work when I am at home on my wifi connection. Not satisfied.
