why don't you get it to work properly before you install it . it took 6 weeks to get any caravan details to login then all I get is there has been a problem communicating with your vehicle. trying to enter e-mail address and password is difficult as the screen keyboard covers over where you type. I use a Samsung. one of the most popular smart phones and the screen layout is poor to useless when trying to login your details. then it doesn't work.... 2020 and still rubbish

I echo the negative comments: forgets login details, dodgy connectivity, poor UI, stuck in landscape mode. Firms must think that creating an app is easy and therefore don't allocate much resource to it. But creating and testing an app that is rock solid and has a great look and feel takes effort and skill. You can't dash it off in an afternoon. And you need to take on board user comments and address them with updates. Swift/Sargent have obviously got bored of Command. It reflects badly on them.

Come on Swift sort out the layout, literally everyone wants this in portrait, but there is a refusal to amend it because it matches the screen in the van, that screen is a totally different shape and size to newer phone screens. It's next to useless in landscape and doesn't show very well on newer format screens. The old app was great, this just doesn't work in the landscspe. Just update and release the old app on Android 10.

Works for me, mostly. The issue I have is the remote lighting turns dimmers on but at 0 level. There is no sliders to increase lighting level. I have set levels on 50% for example and turned off via panel, then with the app they go onto 0. Not very useful.

Sort this app out its rubbish. connect errors all the time. Alde heating??? Mines truma so doesn't work. And the layout is not practical cant see what your typeing. Come on did anyone try this out on a phone before saying that will do send it out. Lol

Caravan control works great but please do something about the UI, it just does not fit on most mobiles, it took ages to work out what some of the options are.
