You can tell your friends that you have build a real xray scanner in your phone. But in real world this is a prank application so that you can trick your friends.

How to use:
Tilt your phone over the body part where you want the x ray image, like if you want X-Ray of left feet, then move the phone over the left feet after pressing left feet scan button and see the x-ray of left feet. Similarly you can do for legs, fingers, head, left feet, right feet and more.
