Everytime when I join the freaking game it says that I cannot use it for the device and I tried it 3 times and it still not works

It let me open up the app and download the mod. I went into minecraft and it all downloaded correct. But when i enter the world ot says i cannot join with my device. I think it just has to do with the fact that my phone was 70 bucks... I recommend this to you only if you have a computer or a really nice phone ಥ╭╮ಥ
