Ever since my beloved cat passed away I haven't been able to relax. This app has helped me a lot to centre myself. The chromotherapy is great to collect yourself and whilst I thought the tap-therapy was silly at first, its release-moment is probably my favourite feature. Completely ad-free as well, 10/10 would release again.

Sorry but I don't see the point of the app. If it had some hypnosis
sessions or some relaxation exercises it would be great. Only good thing is
those sounds that you can also get from YouTube

I wish it had more things to do with your hands. tap therapy wasn't doing
it for me. it also takes a very long time to start up, so long sometimes my
phone screen will time out and lock.

A fantastic app. Seriously helped me to calm down and relax during the high intensities of exam season. This definitely helped me study and to pass my exam!
