The app is easy to use and tracking complaints. I got good field results and saw system in action. Many smsll complaints get attended in 1 to 2 days and major complaints need to track for reasonable periods and have to reopen again and again...Nevertheless this app is really useful and a step towards digital India... I congratulate the Team NMC for such wonderful app...

My experience. I raised a complaint to cut one of tree branches in Dr Hedgewar ngr cidco on 23Nov. I waited for many days for any response. Zero action taken place and on 3dec15 complaint marked as closed with no action. It is only app for display no action is taken place. How can complaint got resolved without any action? Is there any escalation point if complaint getting closed? Anyway its Govt app I can understand nothing can change over here. काम नाहि दिखावा होतो इथे. Total fake app. Nothing can happen.

I had complaint about water leakage near my residence but its already 1 month is over no one even bother to visit the location. So I think there is NO use of such systems if no proper implementation is there.
