I've got insomnia really bad I mean to the max I've had it since I have been a young child I had to take care of two brothers and two sisters at a very very young age so when the babies woke up at night time I was up all night that was the start of my insomnia. I have major major stress in my life 91 year old mother Alzheimer's dementia she's scared to death of my brother and he is just getting her farther and farther in debt which cost me more money and this app helps with stress levels much
