Perfect alternative to a bulky camp stove. I took this app on a two week backpacking trip through the alps and it certainly did the trick. Just bear in mind that to cook anything larger than a cup or mug, you will need to use the app on a tablet, I use it on my iPad pro at home and it is big enough to boil a large saucepan of water.
