Two problems I've noticed, #1. You're verification of phone number through texting doesn't work properly, never received a text. #2. When previewing how the prank call sounds before sending it to someone it continues to play after you've paused it which causes me to force restart the app! Update the app with a fix, I'll give a better review. Other than that it kinda works ok but not like it should.

If voicemail answers, it takes tokens away as if you had made a real call. After my friends and I spent our free credits on answering machines. My friends and I decided to go ahead and purchase 20 phone credits for around $6 bucks... Now, after all of this, I opened up the Prank Dial app.. and guess what? It had taken my money but failed to credit my account for the tokens that I purchased. I am out money for something I paid for but didn't receive. Feeling Scammed!

UPDATE: Updating my review to include that I completed two free token offers a week ago and have not received the free tokens. I even sent them a detailed message explaining the issue including my AppID, AppKey, and screenshot confirming that I successfully completed the offers. I never heard a word back from them. This app used to be the best prank app out there. Very difficult to complete the initial sign-in. Support is non-existent contradicting what they claim within the app and on Google...

Why am I getting this "verify your caller ID" when I paid for tokens so I could customize the number it came from! This is trash. If this is permanent I am never buying tokens again and uninstalling and my 1 star review stays.

Used to be great, but now it keeps telling me to "verify caller ID". I paid tokens and would like a refund, if I cant put in a custom caller ID anymore

I love it. It is so funny to send prank calls to people and hear it! And then I get asked to play them all the time! Everyone looking to send prank calls should use this app. Thank you prankdial!
