Nice story,but the app seem unresponsive. Scrolling through is a big problem. It is always hanging.

Waste of my money!!! I thought I was going to learn French and not buy a story book!

I've been using Duolingo for the last year or so to build up a working French vocabulary and grammar. However, I find French language news, YouTube videos, movies and reddit posts still a bit too complex for me. These stories are perfect for bridging the gap. Today I practiced reading Pendentif and found that I understood the words in French without having to translate them into English in my head. That's a first for me! Thank you for making this wonderful resource. I just picked up Voyage en France and look forward to reading it soon.

I absolutely love this. I have tried so many things to help improve my French, but children's books do not hold my interest and adult stories are too hard. This is the best thing I have ever tried!! It combines an interesting story with every factor necessary to understand and learn. I just desperately wish there were more stories! I would buy every single one.

I have been using these stories with the Paul Noble French audio course and listening to France Inter (public radio in France that is streaming)...in three weeks of doing these things, I am dramatically better at French than many years of French from High School. Having the audio to read along is key for accurate pronunciation learning. Thank you Sylvie for this wonderful resource, it makes a big difference!
