Direct, responsive, and stupendously convenient. Puerto Rican news right at your fingertips. The only thing I would recommend is to have some sort of automatic translator or alternative app in English for every one else out there that wishes to know more about our most beloved Enchanted Archipelago. It is time to open up to the world out there and not be afraid to tell the way things are. Take care.

Great coverage of the news from and the news that effects Puerto Rico. I haven't had NotiCel for long but coverage, so far, seems to be fair and unbiased which is what sI am looking for. I hope that it continues to be the case.
