This app needs a rewrite from the ground up. Ugly. Can't use autofill to login. Once logged in, I couldn't browse the library, and I'm a paying customer with a Library Pass. Settings are not thoughtful. Do I care about anisotropic filtering? No! C'mon, Ask.Video! How many negative reviews will it take for you guys to admit your app sucks and take real action for it? How many customers like me need to cancel their memberships? Watch some of your own videos on UI/UX and rethink this app!

Finally at last 😀 but I can't login 😂 to download! ... So I decided to go to their website to view my paid tutors... It's the thought that counts and I know ln future this software will eventually work.

No real creative organisation in the video thumbnail titles as of yet. If you purchased a ton of videos like me, it would be great if I can see all the thumbnails all in one go rather than scroll screen to screen. Also, an option to list view the titles rather than large thumbnail views. No way of identifying what's been watched unless I write them all down for a comparison list. If this is introduced please just add some sort of marker on the title, rather than redirect to another page of just the titles that have been watched. Would think this makes sense to implement this? In other words all titles in one page, with the titles watched and completed as marked. Could do this on the all titles purchased website too. Multi-filter options would be cool. eg. Choice to show only titles containing: Logic X, or Pro Tools, or show only Pro Tools + Logic + Production, or Ableton + Synthesis + Recording, or... ...Arrange titles as release date, purchased, A-Z... ...etc. etc., so with the option of choosing several types for ''What can I pick that I would like to watch now, that I haven't already seen?'' viewing. Additionally, no way of streaming the videos like I can on the macprovideo web site. Great videos, just not easy to browse this app. It's the year 2018 - Websites don't need to look amazingly great. They just need good organised content. Word off mouth does the rest.

Garbage, unresponsive app. I purchased 8 videos to watch off line. I haven't been able to download an entire video. Most of the downloads stop a third of the way through. It is marked as downloaded, but all of them are incomplete. Burning up my high speed data trying on multiple devices.
