Doesn't even deserve 1 star rating. Both the app and website are pathetic. For HP cancellation it asked me to fill the date whose tab was not visible at all. It asked to input any kind of Debit card and credit card. Debited one rupee from master card, later threw error that master cards are not accepted. Later try to made payment through Rupay card, payment is stuck from past one month. Give a kid some time, he will build a better User interface app than this. #Digital India.

As usual. Worst experience with NIC built apps. I'm pretty sure no one will even reply to the issue from NIC. Cannot proceed for learner licence online payment. Always stuck on one page. And also more irritating are the non customer friendly error messages. Hopeless. Useless

Application and web site both are useless and waste of time, both doesn't work at all, fix this or permanently shutdown your server and service.

Waste app. Don't download this app. It's useless. It just opens parivahan sarthi website in the app. So better open the website directly. The app is very very slow compared to directly opening website on browser. It takes almost eternity to "Loading...plz wait". It's joke. The govt should hire some "real" developers.

Previously, this app used to work fine. But now, it's not working. You select any state - it shows 404 error, page not found.
