Bought a welcome crate to try this app and never received the package, Loot Crate sent me FedEx tracking and when I didn't receive my package, I was informed to check with USPS. I basically got ripped off and lost money. Don't use. Delivery might be better if you live in a house and not an apartment All I know is Don't order if you live in an apartment, you'll lose out on money

Do NOT fall for their bait & switch tactics. Terrible products and not what they promise. Their "Superfriends crate" had ONE Superfriends item - a terrible item at that. A horribly designed t-shirt with only 3 characters! Not representative of the classic series at all. Apparently they only wanted to pay for a 3 color design. There are just no words to describe how disappointing it was. If you've never ordered from Loot Crate do yourself a favor and don't! And if you do-You've been warned

The app was great. The company I had issues with. When you order something like a subscription you expect it to show up on time. It took 6 months before I recieved my first product. I understand being bought out by another company, still. Timely manner is everything. And frankly the quality of the crates I question. Given the ammount I spent and what was received. I wouldnt suggest rebuy. Just go to gamestop and order the mystery crates they offer.

The app itself gets the 1-star. It essentially is the mobile version of the Website in app form (very lazy to do and no point of it). Google login refuses to work in the app due to security reasons and suggests that you use the actual Website instead. All in all just don't bother with the app and go to the Website itself.

Terrible. The "lens" didn't work, and there was no explanations. As for the actual box, I can understand because of corona virus.

Might as well go to the website... there is no back button so if you select something to view, you have to start at the beginning or close the app and reopen (sometimes there is nothing to select except purchase). Pointless to have this app.
