About this app

Welcome to the Installation Artworks of Peter G. Pereira at Old School Square.

This collection serves as both a preview of past works as they will extend into new shapes
and images towards forms of interactivity. The collection has been brought to Old School Square as an idea for future art installations as technology has influenced the every day lives of humanity.

This exciting new interface is known as Augmented Reality, in which objects will appear in time and space as if they have always been there. Our smartphones and tablets can now visually reconstruct objects from the past to the present, or from the far to the near.

The selected items in this show span Mr. Pereira’s artwork throughout his lifetime as he has collected, created, evolved, and inspired others.

The App has been created by August DeWinkler, a multimedia artist exploring Augmented and Virtual Reality environments for the proposed world in which we will occupy. This installation art piece serves as a stepping stone that can bring people together to enjoy art, but not to leave their technology behind.
