WHAT IF EACH RURAL YOUTH HAS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE LOCAL JOBS, SKILL COURSES AND EDUCATION BASED ON THEIR TALENT AND POTENTIAL AND ALL THIS GETS MANAGED DIGITALLY.
Youth Mobilisation: Career Kendra will mobilise the youth, register them and keep the youth posted about Job & Skill development opportunities through a web/mobile app as per their preferences.

Career Data Collection: A team of Marketing Executives will collect career data in form of jobs available from the local area and build a network of employers and self-employment providers. They will also collect data of courses available with various educational institutes and skill development providers in the area.

Intelligent Technology: An intelligent system will filter opportunities and present the same to the youth to pick them and approach the employer. On application, the names of interested youth will be visible to the employer, who can then interact with the youth for further processing.

Career Guidance: A local mentor, Career Margadarshak will guide the youth to take the right decisions wrt available job opportunities and skill development courses
