It actually had some really helpful information! It says tips and trick on how to get natural looking curls or waves and mentions more than one way, which is useful because everybody has preferences. They methods of curling your hair without heat such as a curling iron actually work too. But j just took screenshots of the methods I liked and uninstalled.
