Go SmartTap is a Near Field mobile based Global loyalty rewards program Network that lets you earn points & redeem the rewards from our approved offcial Global Network of Merchants available in many countries. Each listed Merchant will have their own unique earning & redemption Schemes, which are all listed under Global Loyalty Wallet under our app.
Go Smart tap aims to replace all your plastic cards with one that’s electronic and can store unlimited number of Merchants Loyalty/ Prepaid Schemes and last updated Balances after transactions in Single Emulated App.
The Idea:
We have launched a unique Smartphone based multi-merchant loyalty program whereby customer adopt contactless transactions spending with their Go Smart Tap mobile app, both fully operational even when offline. The Go Smart Tap mobile app applies to a global network of multi-chained organizations, small to medium enterprises or larger corporations, Charity or Community groups – our business model fits all.
The Legacy
We have moved forward from the days of offline based contactless smart card reward collections and now prefer to carry minimal items in our wallet and tend to secure our most prized possessions on our smartphones in a digitally secured/encrypted format. We conceptualized the same for Go Smart Tap whilst continuing the legacy of bonus schemes designed to ultimately, encourage customer loyalty.

How earning and redeeming points works :

1. Download Go SmartTap app and register your membership online. (Available in Android and Apple stores)
2. After successful Registration, Kindly verify email sent to your designated email address, Once you verify your email address, you are allowed to access app and start using it.

3. Click on Merchant offers in the app and get access to various Merchant offers available with Go SmartTap loyalty program

4. Earning Points at Merchant outlets - After you purchase anything from any of our listed Merchants in the app anywhere within listed Country Network in the world, Loyalty points will be added to your App Loyalty Wallet for that Merchant by just Tapping your Smartphone to Merchants Loyalty Terminal.

5. Redeeming Rewards points at Merchant outlets – Once you Accumulate points for different merchants and Qualify for redemption based on Merchant’s loyalty Scheme, You can just give your Smartphone to the cashier of Merchant outlet and they will help to tap your phone and authorise your redemption transaction digitally.
6. We will intimate you on time to time on addition of Merchants available in your country.

App Permissions
