Since updating, app won't load. Will change rating once it works again. Otherwise, it's been helpful. Since covid hit, finances have also been hit. My husband lost his job, then had to have multiple surgeries, cutting our income to less than half what it was. Paying all the doctor bills (along with all other bills) wiped out our savings, and then our car decided to deteriorate.

Downloaded app, not only did it take a while to download it won't even log me in. This app is misleading.

Everything was going exceptionally well, until it had me set up a withdrawal method. I've tried connecting it to 3 different banks, and it has just been impossible. It refunds all donations after 90 days of no bank is connected, but it seems to have issues with the three I have. Extremely frustrating.

First off they pick & choose whi they reply. 2nd donation button once clicked its on the loading page and nothing after, 3rd i camt add my bank. This app & service is a joke!!
