The idea is great, but .. I recently got implants so this WAS helping. However, there tends to be some issues where replaying sounds do not give the same sound. Environmental sounds in the city, I hit replay because I didn't understand the train sound, but it gave me motorcycle instead, which was a previous answer. Section 2 of module 1, all activities have this. Even replaying first sound will give a different sound. Sometimes the wrong sound plays with the image not present as a choice.

Can't really use the app. It keeps reverting to a British accent. I change it and it goes back. I have a new cochlear implant, so I can barely distinguish between sounds. The only way I know that it switches is because I look in between activities. Another issue (though very minor) is the design decision to slow down everything you do with unnecessary count downs and long animated score counts.

I highly recommend Hearoes, because it is the best auditory training app I have found. I was having trouble with the app for awhile. So it contacted the owner. It took some time to get a response, but he did finally get in touch with me, and fixed the problem very efficiently. I trust that future communication will run more smoothly. I will keep you updated.

Update: I want to change my rating to 5 stars. This is for how customer obsessed the developer is. They pursued the issue I was facing and ensured that it was resolved. I am able to install the app now. More power to your ilk. Thank you. Not installing on Android 12. I click install and it downloads for some time and then again the "install" button shows up. I did this multiple times. Play store also threw an error that it is unable to install the app.

This app has been sick a valuable tool as I have relearned to hear since my bilateral CI revisions. It's allowed me to focus on specific sounds and m/f voices that I struggle with. I am slowly working towards 100% on each activity. Thank you for providing a valuable resource- the minimal cost had been worth every bit and so much more! Thank you Hearoes App Devs- you guys are appreciated!

Used to love the app. But with latest update the screens are simply too freaking small to read. ,☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😮☹️ Seems I need to create a new account.. but it never sends the email confirmation. No one responds to chat or messages. So is the app dead or what?
