Pathetic app. The identity access management is worst. Can't even recreate the PW (as OTP is not getting issued) to pay the school fees.

Overall this app is good , but whenever we are applying for leave , showing it as not applied. It's not once happened , I experienced this problem for both my kids studying in gems school. I contacted school that I applied leave by sending screenshot and then they are only approving leave.
