Used to work well. Helps to keep track of cards and points. Very useful if you misplace a card, or go and forget it because they can make a new one with the numbers on the app. Unfortunately the app doesn't seem to work now for anything other than viewing. The 1st time in months they offer a match and i can't get into messages or recharge any cards. Keeps saying error on their end, tried reinstalling app and same issue. D&B, you should offer email codes for when your app craps out like this...

Love D&B but your app is horrendous, it takes forever to open and when I tried to add my power card, the same one that is linked to the online account and shows my balance etc, it has a circle that spins for almost exactly 5 minutes then says it's not a valid power card!! But it is the same power card we use at the location and have registered online and it says "power card" on it so............

Horrible app! I got a coupon emailed to me that is ONLY redeemable on the app. I went to D&B today and was told it is only valid in the app, which is GREAT if I could get the app to work!!! Everytime I tried loading more on my card it told me there was an error. EVEN when I was on D&Bs WIFI! Get the app to work OR STOP SENDING COUPONS THAT ARE ONLY VALID ON THE APP!!

For years I have used the Dave and Buster's app with my google voice number as my login. But since this latest app update, my google voice number isn't a supported carrier anymore. Now, I can't access any of my cards, chips, reward points and over 250,000 tickets. I have sent emails, called customer relations, and requested a callback....still nothing. Am I ever going to get this problem resolved? Have I just lost it all?

I have the latest version of the app and nothing I do results in anything except error. Update - Still can't do anything. I'm really annoyed because I can't use any deals I see in my email because its in-app only but nothing shows up on my messages in the app. Please fix this. It's depressing.

I got an email for a promotion that must be accessed through the app. The apps messages won't load, therefore, I am unable to access the promotional which makes this app pretty much a waste of time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app without any improvement in the app functionality.
