It was good for a while...for me, but now I can't log in at all. I've changed my password and tried even redownloading the app. Fails to log in sadly. Maybe the app is messed up right now, but its been going on for days

This app is frustrating! Trying to redeem is a huge pain! I went in today and made a large purchase and it would except my # because I hadn't updated. The update was just today required 🙄 idk before I went in and I was just on the app 10 minutes before! I also tried to use 3500 points towards a fuel purchase and SOMEHOW it failed!😒

Had it for a few months, then logged me out of its own accord. Now when I try to log in it takes me to the create account screen. Don't know why, but it will not let me sign in. All my info is correct.

never saves my info. is completely buggy and laggy on all 3 devices ive put it on. multiple force shutdowns every time i try to online order. worthless. 6/21/21 Edit: constantly signs me out and does not accept what i KNOW to be the correct password.

Ok rewards. Dont change your habits or favorite convenience store just for this app, but rewards are solid. Plus you need the rewards to get deals now. Easy to navigate, just need to train cashiers on how the app works and scanning the QR.

The app is great but my local store Rockford Minnesota horrible service horrible attitudes pizzas never done tell you 20 to 40 minutes and they'll be making it 45 minutes later when you're showing up they're just putting half of it in or just starting the whole order and the food always makes you sick but the app is great I love my Casey points
