Like all other reviewers, I was frustrated too but only till such time as my telematics device was not registered under my web portal account. Once that was done — which in my case took almost four weeks — it has worked flawlessly thereafter. My advice to all those who have yet to install this app, please WAIT till your device shows as registered on your web portal and then install this app. You’ll be surprised how well it works. In fairness to the developers, it deserves a 5-star. Thank you for creating this nice app.

I reported major issues at the end of Oct. 2019, that appeared to have been resolved within a few days. However continuing into Dec. one vehicle appears to have been thru a 'reset' so no longer shows trips prior to the Oct reset. It also shows a last location of North America, and no longer shows vehicle alerts (which I was able to see on the CAASCO web site). A second vehicle shows a last location as of Sept 15, 2019, but shows all trips since then.

The app works fine and is useful. I like how I can see kilometers driven and remaining on the top of the app screen. Just like recommended by other reviewers, I waited until tracking device registered itself and I got access to dashboard. Installed app after that and had no problems with it whatsoever.

Unlike the previous very negative reviews of the CAA my Pace app, my experience has been very positive. I rarely have my phone on so battery drain is not an issue. The graphics on the phone app are very illustrative in comparison to the layout on the website. I occasionally get a "app not working" error but the app continues to work "no crashes", just works.

Not much use. I would like to see device notifications sent via email or sms. Also, the battery alerts should include more details that are available on the web site.

This app is supposed to be important given it is linked to my pay as you go auto I insurance. However, it crashes constantly and is so poorly written that it will require rebooting the phone. How Google let this through to the store is shocking.
