Pada umumnya memang kita membeli aneka kue kering tersebut apalagi saat mempersiapkan kue kering lebaran, seperti nastar, putri salju, kastangel, lidah kucing dan yang lainnya. Padahal cara membuat kue kering tersebut sebenarnya tidak terlalu sulit lho.


Kue jenis ini pada umumnya dibagi menjadi 2 golongan, yaitu resep kue kering modern dan kue kering tradisional.
