Order using the app (mine was for pickup) and the restaurant hostess receives a message (email?) which she prints out and enters into the restaurant ordering system. The gap between you placing the order and it being ready? 40-50 minutes! This is New York! I'm not going to wait that long to pickup an order. (P.S. The food is great but they need to improve the app before I'll use it again).

Blockheads has great food. I love it there. But I downloaded app and it didn't work. In the establishment's defense, the manager gave me a $10 gift certificate towards my next purchase.
