Recommend DEFINATELY NOT.. Ever since I upgraded I have had to go back to using telephone. This app looks like it has been written by High School student. Sorry a bit harsh on student because I am sure it would work if it was written by student. Whoever BOC paid to write this only one word comes to mind Ripped off. Have spoken to BOC many times re this app and guess what NOTHING

Faster and easier than having to call BOC. Delivery is always the next business day. Interface is easy to navigate through. All round great app!

No means of entering holdings. Won't recognise any bar codes. Is slow and generally unpleasant to use. On top of the already poor local in-store customer service, I'm struggling to see why we continue to use this company. Sort it out.

Old app was good. Just updated to the new app and now just crashes and won't open at all. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
