App works really well. I just have that I have to put another app on my phone to access this but it is really handy to have once you are there. I suggest putting the app on your phone before going to Candytopia so that you're not fumbling around with your phone trying to put the app on. You get really great pictures when you have the app so definitely take advantage of the app if you go.

At the beginning of my Candytopia experience, the staff there took some time to explain the app and the signup process for Sugar Rush, which would give you a QR code that you can scan to take pictures of you and your friends at the various exhibits. Unfortunately, the app didn't display a code on my phone nor my friend's phone, which was extremely disappointing, considering the cost of admission.

I was disappointed in my overall experience with the app as well as the location. This entire location is geared towards pictures to share on social media. I did as asked by an employee to download this app for the AR interactive experience. The first exhibit I tried to use this feature did not work. We asked for assistance but was dismissed and not given further help. The confetti pigs were not working. The marshmallow foam pit was a dirty. You don't get what you pay for -overpriced

Horrible experience. I went for the interactive experience, but left dissatisfied and wishing I had of saved my money. The app didn't work, PERIOD. And we tried through the app and through the website. Nothing worked....so if you going for the experience, save your money!

It was ok. Kid had fun but most of the machines to use this app were broke. The one that I did manage to use, for some reason I am not able to see the photo. That app keeps saying the photo is not ready yet.

What a piece of junk this app is, they have a main feature in Sugar Crush to take pictures using a qr code. It did not show there or through the email for sign up link. What a over priced experience for nothing.
