Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HWCDSB myPath on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. I originally thought this was just another boring school app, but little did I know that Gabe Newell himself created this app. This app is amazing and I am so amazed that they decided to make a Mobile version of hl3. Hl3 confirmed. Today is one of the beat days of my life.

About this app

Note: This app is not made by the HWCDSB and has not been sponsored by them.

Using this app, students can access the myPath system that is provided by the HWCDSB. The myPath system allows students (and their parents/guardians) to see information such as their time table, their course marks, and possible courses that they can enroll in.

New features

Added the ability to save your username and password as a user account to make logging in easier. It took quite a bit to get the feature implemented properly. Also did one small bug fix.

Allows applications to write the sync settings.
