Forwarding or increasing the speed of the video is stopping the video by showing Error message. Also forwarding or rewinding by 10 sec option on screen is malfunctioning. User is not able to jump to the time he wants. These are causing the user to go back and play the video again. It's wasting more time and irritating user.

Not able to save offline, option was there but not able to access there no download option in videos and in application so please update ASAP we are facing network issues here for 1hr class it takes 2hrs to complete the video due to network issue, so please update it and give download offline option to save time

Please make this app available on Microsoft store.... So some of us can directly watch videos in laptops and desktops.... Apart from that app is great. Thank you team CSB and Madam. Or atleast allow app for multitasking....since videos aren't playing while i'm writing notes in tab.
