I use the cleanser, toner and ordered a moisturizer, unfortunately this one didn't work for my skin. I reached out via DMTLGY on-line customer service. They recommended another moisturizer, as a one time courtesy they refunded my money and said there was no need to return. I was so pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this company, they honestly stand by their products. Brava!
