The products I use and the customer service are both 5 star! This is solely a rating on the app. I gave a 3 before quite often the app does not show all the products or give my discount. I find myself ordering from the website more frequently. I feel it so have the same feed as the website. The app seems nacent vs antiquated! I also don't like that you can not reach customers service thru the app nor does it save my favorites.
