It won't open for me and I have unlimited data with perfect reception. It says "Please check internet connection." I would LOVE to be able to access ignite from the app. Maybe it's having issues because it's new? I'm not sure. Someone please help!

The app sucks dick. I literally just downloaded the app in seconds with a great internet connection and yet every single time I go to the app it tells me please check your internet connection and will not load up at all. My internet connection is fine and I have already verified that. It's the s*** app
