Would be better if you could log in with your google details like you can on the website. App is great but that is my only issue

Besides the app being absolutely rediculous and lagging alot, it doesn't pop up with the same necessary payment options as the online site at checkout, and you're dhl express shipping company is beyond pathetic especially with communication, i ordered items that were shipped on the 7th February and didn't receive them until today 2nd march!!! Far past you're policys expected time of arrivals etc and when i spoke to the store they avoided all responsibility!! Shocking!

Like many others I initially downloaded the app for the free face mask (which did turn up, albeit later than expected, so thank you for that). However, the app itself... Well; the landing page is ridiculously long (seriously, try scrolling to the bottom), all the fast flash images - what's the point unless you're trying to give people 'issues', and search is not good which is odd for a retailer. Discount aside, might just as well use the website as it works a lot better than the app.

Edit : Gave it benefit of another week but can't get on board with it. Horribly unoptimised as an app (Using Note10+), sends push notifications all the time, using the app as a gateway to advertise direct to you via your device at any time. I'll be performing a tear down on the APK as I suspect this also harvests data. Slow loading, too much flashing images, not all pages scale right. Feels like all they have done is embedded a website into an app, and done nothing to optimise the site for it

Frustrating, Aggravating, Useless, Exasperating & Pointless! Signed up rather reluctantly, and wasn't disappointed with the many previous comments. Horrible to use, to the point you almost abandon your cart and forget this entirely frustrating shopping experience. Search for items then simply does not allow you to click on the item its showing you in the results, why? Hands down THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED. 100% STYLE OVER SUBSTANCE - seriously guys, great sku's but get a grip!!!!!

Can't use an app if it won't open..so deleted it..this isn't the economy that has time for this..online shopping is meant to be fast and easy..
