I would give a zero star if I could. Absolutely useless app. It keeps saying the receipt is not from Aldi when it clearly is. All my collected receipts are invalid and not accepted by the system. Customer service wasn't able to solve this issue. Very annoying. Update: they advise me to contact the customer service which wasn't able to solve the problem although I contacted them numerous times. Really?

When you upload some receipts you get the message unable to identify date or purchase. When you check the image yourself and you can cleary see that this is not the problem, something needs to be done about this can't an option to challenge this decision be added to the app so it can be checked by a person , so this stops happening it is very frustrating , overall this is the only complaint I have about the app

I've cashed out £52 so far from scanning receipts, although PayPal and amazon are the only cash out options so far with various points to redeem. Redemption is instant, and although I've spent way more than £50 to gain £50 back but you're basically getting free money back for scanning receipts, so I can't complain. Very occasionally, it'll tell me I've already scanned a receipt when it is a brand new receipt, but that is rare. Worth using for some extra rewards.

Excellent app! Reliable, generous payouts for your receipts. Highly recommended. Edit: after a few years of loyally uploading my receipts with no issues they have now blocked my account and accused me of uploading other people's receipts. I was uploading the same amount of receipts as I always have. I don't like being treated this way and I haven't received an email reply in quite a while.

overall very good app. had some issues with receipts being classed as invalid when they aren't, but usually corrected on second attempt. I've earnt about £20 a year for three years in a row just taking pictures of my receipts.

Used the app for years and works well. I was recently blocked and it took a long time to resolve but the team did offer support in the end and released my account. Hopefully I'll be able to continue using this app successfully. Receipts accepted fast and good rewards 😊
