Very good app. I took a picture of a snake we found at work, not the best picture, and they identified it very quickly (venous snake BTW). If they can train a NN to automatically do the recognition this app could save lives! I Would like to see the option to send more than one picture of the same case, right now It only allows to send one.

Awesome app and very quick results! We found a snake at the bottom of our pool and was curious as to what it could be. The app is very easy to use and the results that were sent via email were very thorough, with a little bio on the snake itself. Highly recommend!

Alright I love this app so much I'm a snake nerd and I had to test it out myself and I took a snap of my own rosy boa constrictor and they got it dead on! Even saying she was captive! I love the what's the difference page it's really well done I just kinda feel like it's very limited compared to what it could be for example making contents and having country suborders that go to state suborders for example it goes like: North America three options like Canada the USA and Mexico then they're zone

I have used the app twice and Jason has gotten back to me within minutes. The app says they will respond in a few days etc... depends on how busy and it is a new app... I am very impressed with Jason and his knowledge of snakes. He emailed me the information both times as requested. I appreciate what you do, keep up with the great work. Thanks, NM

Apps still in the early phases, so you take a pic & they email you the identification. Which I actually don't mind at all, since theres a greater chance for accuracy when real human eyes are assessing your pics. That being said, I know the app will be awesome once it's finished, because they obviously have very knowledgeable ppl on board. Got an answer via email in less than 24hrs. It was clearly accurate, and even told me a snippet of info about the snake (well, legless lizard in my case..lol)

Great app for me to use in my farm! I had never heard of a corn snake; thankful they identified it since it was good to have on my farm. I have used the app several times with great results. Very prompt in their reply and information.
