I would have given 4 stars to the previous daily box services, but the new service is totally horrible. App hasn't been working properly since they launched the new one, not able to place order. Seriously disappointed in seeing a greatly running groceries delivery service falling into a pathetic condition.

After recent update,it's a horrible app,don't ever try to make payments online through this app.i have added amount in wallet also but I can't use the amount,still I need to pay cash on delivery. Try to fix the bugs in your app it will be helpful for everyone who is using this app.

Very poor after recent update. Searches not loading properly and delayed response.

Fruits and vegetables delivered is not up to the mark ,received unripened pineapple and old stock sweet potato ....other grocery(packed food) items are fine.will never order fruits and veggies ...if you guys couldnt find new stock please cancel the product instead of delivering old stock items especially veggies and fruits which should be fresh ...

Super fast delivery and delivery boys are very pleasant and helping. Need an eye on variety of products. Some of the items like tapioca, chicken and beef are not upto the mark. All the grocery, fruits and vegetables meet quality. Card swiping method should also be included in payment options.

Technical issues to be sorted, often very slow, delay in payment gateway. If you delete or edit an item from the cart the screen goes to the top of list, not returning to previous position (may be we will have to scroll back more than 50 items or so if the list in cart is long enough ). Average delivery time is 3 hours if ordered in day time
