Today's Healthy food session was really informative and it cleared many doubts. I believe this will help our baby to become healthy mentally and physically. Initially i find the 2 hour session hectic after returning from the job but as the time passes i start enjoying it more and more. Thank you Dr Abhaybhai for making it interesting. Today's session on healthy pregnancy was a perfect mix of traditional wisdom of our strong culture and scientific knowledge. We are made aware of all our food choices and how it effects the baby directly and also our future life as mothers. We are very grateful for Abhaybhai's simple and easy to understand explanations and examples with perfect mix of humor. Really enjoyed the session.
