Using BlueStacks

I have just logged in to this app. Till now I have just done the registration which was very smooth and attempted a demo test which was of very high quality. This is a short review. I am not yet added to any batch. I bought the subscription 20 days ago. I made it clear that I am preparing for 2022 still they did not inform me that it's for previous batch n I was told it's good for 2022. Now they are launching new batches for 2022..they should have informed me I could wait 20 days. No response on chat as usual.
