After purchasing, it's the worst app! I bought the subscription last night, but it is still not activated even after 15 hours. I tried to contact customer care, but they are also the worst. They have a lot of staffs to convince people to buy their program, but don't have a single stuff to solve a problem after purchasing. They have a so called customer care number, which never responds when you call. Just frustrated with this! Don't buy the subscription.

I'll say pathetic - I extended my course but I'm not getting access and it's been 10 days. Their customer care is very polite (9/10) but they just assure you it would be done.... Nothing gets done. Your schedule gets scattered because can't have access of what you've paid for. (By this time when I'm writing - I've made 3 mails to customer support and grievance, called customer care more than 10 times- I still don't have access after 10 days)

On 12 Jan 2025 I repurchased my test series for ssc but even after purchasing it does not shows up on the application...at the time of purchasing it says it that your course will be activated within in 5 minutes after purchase but more than 24 hours passed still does not shows up ..this is really annoying, previous version of bjyus works better but now it has just became like a scam....even after sending email ,, attaching files of what u have purchased no help from the customer care services .

Byjus is very good app for study but you purchase a course and they give you cancel and refund option if you can't understand anything but there cancellation and refund service is very bad .no one can respond any call and not receive tha call and not cancel the course and not refund the money. Very bad experience with byjus last 4 months I want cancel my optional subject program but they can't respond and not cancel this purchase and not refund my money. With Byjus my experience is very bad .

I'm frustrated about the sudden halt in live classes for SSC & Banking on your platform, impacting our exam preparation. I understand the issues but urge a quick resolution. As a temporary solution, grant access to recorded classes like "SUCCESS BATCH 1.0" and "TARGET BATCH" in the "Add courses" section. Byjus must take immediate responsibility, providing alternatives for uninterrupted preparation. Swift resolution is expected!

Classes are not going on from last 2 months and the study material uploded on the app is incomplete. I have made enrollment for 12 months but took classes just for 2 months after 2 months no classes are going on which is creating big problem in my preparation. They have lot of staff to convience you to buy subscription but the customer is worst , the customer care number is continuously out of service, no way to contact Byjus. What about the money of all the people who have taken subscription ?
