Too slow to open - takes around 30 to 40 seconds to open this app. Scroll down not working - Once we scroll up in Messages and notification, we need to Refresh to see the messages at top.

The usability and design are really poor. Super difficult to learn and use. Not intuitive.

The overall user interface is horrendous. You need go within about 5 drop downs before you can reach the task you need. The app has a tendency to delete coursework. I had to rewrite all of my tok entries because the app crashed. Viewing an overview of grades is inefficient and you need to view each term on it's own, in dp 2 there are a total of 6. Colour coding is inconsistent making it hard to keep track of coursework. The organisation has a tendency to share unreliable information.

It is very easy to use it takes long to load and it is very hard to click on stuff since they are so tiny.

Illogical and ineffective interface. Disgusting, just like the IB. Gave hope to thousands of students who did not want to partake in examinations in the middle of a pandemic and have suffered physical and mental consequences of being 8 months at home.
