Update: 1 star now based on the response I received. I've contacted Bird multiple times and they refuse to give me my credit balance back. This response further shows that they either don't pay attention to feedback or don't care. Very poor experience and bad business practice.

The flashlight 🔦 icon is not working properly in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working properly. The 🔦 icon works properly on my other scooter apps like Lime & Veo. Please fix it asap!
