Ordered the membership kit and the lamp was missing the light piece. I requested for just the piece and received a reply telling me to resend them the package (NOT specifying exactly). So I sent the kit back. I ended up only receiving the lamp. Talked to customer support and finally got a reply telling me it was my mistake for sending it over and that they could send a replacement as long as I pay the shipping fee. If I had just the light in the first place all this wouldn't have had to happen.

Up until now I haven't really had much if a problem, but I opened one of the doors of my Festa Calendar, that the product page said was a set and got 4 sets of duplicates. I tried to message customer service on their chat feature but I am unable to see any of the messages sent or received as the viewing section remains blank. With the prices that are charged they should have a decent way to contact customer service. They should give a way to email directly in case the chat isn't working.

I have not had a reason to buy anything until now and the first thing I wanted to buy was the membership. However, the simplest thing as a phone verification does not work. I have been trying for 2 days and I never get a code. There is no option to proceed with the order until this is done and Weverse Shop is the only place for fans to buy it. Its sad to see so many complaints about the shop and very little action been taken to rectify issues from global army.

I don't see notifications for merch drop until AFTER it happens. When merch drop happens there are so many issues with trying to make a purchase. "Check your internet connection" even though I am connected, got a strange "System maintenance" notice as an error during purchase but it was for April last year!! (Tried to purchase merch 6/1/21), app gets bogged down with so many people ordering that it kicks me off or it freezes up the app to where I can't order. I had to close app multiple times!

Been using the app for a few years now to buy merch. While the user interface has improved, the service recovery most definitely hasn't. My merch was spoilt during transit & many attempts to resolve it through the app was met with the same template answer. The 1:1 enquiry that I was redirected to doesn't seem to exist on the app & neither was there an email for me to directly send my inquiry to. Am very worried for my future merch since something this simple can't be resolved. So disappointing!

Weverse, please get it together. It's frustrating that you offer this Festa calendar which we paid a good amount of money for and BTS intended for us to open each day of Festa, but yet it started shipping 3 days after it started and won't arrive until at least 8 days in...of the 13 days. What's the point? For something like this, better planning on your part NEEDS to be had. This just makes me sad. Furthermore, I have a few items that have already shipped and delivered and I've gotten no update.
