Long version: I have several backups of my signing key file but I realised that I don't remember the password that I used for the key after formatting C: to install Windows 10 on my old development machine, due to the fact that I've always relied on the "remember password" option on Android Studio. I have tried all available options including bruteforce and data recovery, but it turns out that the files containing the stored password have already been overwritten which makes them unrecoverable. The final resolution was to publish a new app to the store because I can no longer upload updates for this one.

This will be unpublished from Play by February 29th, to allow for enough time to migrate to the new app. The new app is now considerably smaller in size as I have successfully stripped the packaged EVE database of unused language translation data. If you also wish to transfer your reviews, please feel free to do so.

Jumpgate is an EVE Online companion app for character management, skill training plans, reading EVE Mail and much more. The app interfaces with the EVE XML API to retrieve data related to your EVE Online characters. With the ability to keep track of and monitor your attributes, skill queue, implants and jump clones, as well as create skill plans to optimise progression, the app also provides notifications for new EVE mail messages and skill training completion.
