some suggestions/bugs: 1- The app throws you out sometimes claiming that 'you've been removed from the course' and adds you back in after a few unsuccessful attempts. It happened with me in the midst of a quiz which I failed. 2- The solutions of the quizzes should not be provided until the overall quiz has ended, not only for the person giving it. It can lead to unfair means of giving the quiz otherwise. 3- Your rank in each quiz should be shown.

Hello, I would like to have my humble opinion if there is any team to take action on the reviews. Please make those submissions automatic after the deadline is over. The problem with it is even if we had completed and the time runs out, it doesn't accept it. And secondly what I experienced today is in last 10 sec it shows the countdown red and during that time even if we submit then there arises two more options 1) you don't want to submit 2) cancel. But actually I would like to submit it. fxitπŸ™‚

Edit: after response, not convinced. If you're reading this, do NOT allow the contacts permission, app works fine without it. PLEASE mark these review as helpful so more people see it. Original: Why does it need my contacts? Seems to work without this permission but keeps badgering me for it. I don't buy "check if app was downloaded from the store," nothing to do with contacts. Invades privacy

It is very helpful in my class and it promotes Active learning for my students (Attendance, Quizs, Polls, Assignments, Announcements, Summary, Text reference, Books etc.). Thanks to Acadly team for providing a great work for promotion in Higher education.

I am okay with the app. I feel it can be polished more, but still useful. People might be trying to push down ratings to disrupt studies. Not done!! Keep working Acetone!!

About this app

Acadly helps instructors engage students and automate attendance in any class - in-person, online, or hybrid. It can be used with and without Zoom integration depending upon the class modality and adds learning tools to all classes.

1. Attendance automation for in-person classes: Instructors can record attendance in in-person classes at the tap of a button using Acadly's mesh-network based attendance technology.

2. Attendance automation for online classes: In online classes taught with Acadly's Zoom integration, instructors can capture attendance by launching attendance checks ("Are you here?") on students' screens. Students can respond to these prompts and this acts as a confirmation of attendance.

3. In-class activities: Instructors can share activities such as polls, quizzes, discussions, word clouds, videos, and files to engage students during their lectures. Students can respond using any device and watch the results in realtime.

4. Works on any device: Acadly is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Users can access it on any of these devices.

5. Zoom integration for online and hybrid classes: For online and hybrid classes, instructors can use Acadly's Zoom integration and use it as a virtual classroom platform with on-screen activities, attendance automation, and our interactive lecture playback feature.

6. Interactive lecture playback: After a lecture ends, Acadly preserves all activities and the chat for post-class viewing. In the case of synchronous online classes, the lecture video is also included in the lecture archive and students can engage with activities even as they watch a recorded lecture.

7. Backchannels and discussions: Students can use Acadly to ask and answer questions both inside as well as outside the classroom. It doubles up as an instant messaging platform for the entire class.

8. LMS integration: For enterprise customers, Acadly also includes integration with popular higher-ed LMSs. This integration adds features such as roster syncing, automatic course provisioning, and gradebook integration.
