The design is good. However chat quality is very bad, very often missing messages. and even today, the messenge chatting is completely down for many hours (meanwhile all other apps are working perfectly and posting image publically also working, only chat box is down). just wondering do they have 24/7 support or reliability monitoring / alert on the tech department.

This is terrible! It's not user friendly for people overseas, don't install it. It's impossible to verify your account and without it you can't use the app. Stay away!

An interesting app in terms of idea. Technical support is rather poor though, if not completely raw. Constantly disconnect from the server. Let alone voice, it is very common for text messages to fail from delivery. Sometimes message get delivered hours after, if not days (most servere case one day flat on my experience). Most of the time notification is not working. Really need a lot more polish, plz consider fire ur IT support crew.

Alot of bugs, can't even send complaints through the app. Had to use VPN and smtimes can't also. If I don't use VPN, can't even send/receive messages, post things and so on. Asked friend to help submit complaint but got back feedback that like it's my problem. I had reinstalled alot of times, changed locations, wifi, etc, still same, so I am 1000% sure that it is the app problem. Please fix.

This is the best social media app I have ever used. It's got a huge community of cool, hippie and trendy artist. Instant chat with people you might be matching -- instantly. Its got a inhouse music player, twitter, blogging tool, messaging and matchmaking app and much more. The only gripe is non chinese users would not feel at home with the interface.
