Won't let me log in I registered and when I tried go log in it won't allow it I checked my user name and password to see if it matches and it still won't allow me to do so. I tried deleting the app and starting over but with won't allow me, nor can I change my password or username and there is not help buttons or anyway visible to contact them to fix the problem

App is ok. The devices it connects to are terrible! This is the worst gimmick of an adult toy that I have ever seen. The device is not recognized at all if inserted. Battery charge only lasts about 20 mins, but by that time you'll feel nothing but regret. Dont make my mistake and buy because it's cheap. Save more and get something more worthwhile. I warned you, Stay away!

App works perfectly. And the device is pretty good too. Setup is easy as long as you read the device instructions. I suspect that most of the negative reviews are from people who neglected to follow instructions and use a little common sense. Bluetooth distance is a little short, but if you learn to use the chat option distance is not really a factor. As long as the device is close to the controlling device, the users can be across the globe and still reap the benefits. In a nutshell... read the instructions, set the device up properly and you get the desired results.

Doesnt work. Cant connect to the toy says I need put a pin in and tells me to try 0000 or 1234 so I did but doesnt work. Tried other combinations but still nothing would work. Re read instructions and it says it should connect automatically but it doesnt. Do not get

wants a PIN to connect to bluetooth. nothing in the instructions say anything about a pin and "0000" or "1234" doesn't work. wish I'd also seen all the bad reviews here on it before buying the POS.
