Your payment link is not working always. I am already a subscriber. When the subscription period ends why not provide a link for renewal of subscription? Now to continue reading the e-edition I have to remove the app and again download it and repeat the original formalities! And it's almost guaranteed that your payment option will not work! It's a disappointing experience!!

Bring back the old paper reading experience . The new app is pathetic. I am going back to website reading and not interested in renewing the subscription.

Very Bad reading Experience. @Mathrubhumi Please update and improve your App interface so that it's Reader friendly. Problems which I found was, 1. No full screen reading 2. Absence of Next and Previous buttons which makes difficult for turning pages and the pages will zoom and turn when you don't want to.

The stupid app I ever installed. Mathrubhumi should work on improving the qa. Very difficult to control, no offline reading, an accidental tap will take you to another page or story, zooming is always a burden, most of the time we should turn on the HD option again and again, are few issues experienced. Overall the new app is quite annoying to deal with!

Pathetic. I had taken a one year e subscription for കോട്ടയം edition of the newspaper and was having a great time in Readwhere. Now in the new app the navigation is nearly impossible. I am stuck at Trivandrum edition which doesn't change to Kottayam even if I select it. The screen shows "loading" but it simply does not load even after half an hour. Is there any provision to cancel my subscription and get back the money?
