I would give it 0 stars if I could. Dont be fooled by the low prices. I bet you can find other good apps to buy whatever you want. But this app is surely not worth it. Firstly, it takes 30 to 60 days for an item to arrive. Then it does not update on the app when it gets delivered, so you cannot initiate return. When you email the customer support, no one replies. Return is not covered by seller, you'll have to pay out of pocket. Quality of items is below standard. Just save yourself & run away

Hi, I wanted to return some items due to size issues for which I kept on following up with your team for long. I was said everytime to wait until the covid situation is resolved and then one fine day your app stops working leaving me with no option to return. If you guys never had the intention to take the return items you could have directly informed me in the beginning itself rather than fooling me. Very bad experience with you all.

Worst app all the products are duplicate. And it uses a lot of data in background. I checked : in just 1min.. it used upto 81MB of Data. Club Factory App us Data Chor. You might think that my phone would be in update but nothing was in update, and it seems always whenever i open Club Factory Don't use it As it also deliver 2nd(double) duplicate copy of the viewed result.

Very very bad app. I've never seen an app like this. I've ordered a delivery for my baby girls birthday but now birthday has been gone. Since after 2 months I haven't collect my stuff. I've paid £32.62 for that order I haven't got a refund even. There is no option to get a refund. I've srnt many emails about my order. But they didn't even get me back. Do not try to get orders from any Asian apps they are very very irresponsible people. I'm totally disappointed 😞

Excellent keep it up. This shopping app is a perfect place to shop all that you want at a best price. Their easy return policy is also very convenient. If you are unsatisfied with a product then you can easily return the product easily. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the shopping experience that I have on this app.😉😉😁😁

I bought a Bluetooth neckband from this app last month. As they started to deliver all products to my area. So I instantly bought it. I was happy to get such an amazing and branded product at such a low price on this app. The quality is really very good and the Bluetooth neckband is working perfectly fine. Thank you club factory for delivering such amazing products at such low prices. Keep rocking.
